La Rata never really controlled this game. It was reported that the Gutter Runner Trio did some major partying the night before the game and it showed on the pitch. They failed GFI’s and dodges, four or five times! Not only failed, but beat themselves senseless in the process! 4 KO’s and 1 casualty! The Trio claims that they have joined a new Cult and were bouncing themselves off the surface of the pitch in an effort to make make up for "incredible" dice rolls in their previous game. Coach Pacal will be left to sort out the truth at a later time. All in all, this should have been a loss for the Rats if it wasn’t for some terrible dice rolling by Mean Machine. The Rats were outplayed and outcoached until the last turn, but some costly mistakes by Mean Machine allowed them to dodge a bullet.

Itchy Pizzle scored quickly in turn 2 to make it 1-0. The Orcs mercilessly pounded the ball down the field to make it 1-1, but Pizzle strapped on his running shoes and quickly made it 2-1 at the half. The second half kickoff saw the Orcs using their patented ball control offense. The brilliant Skaven Runner, Marvin Peeterstreeker, desperately dodged into the mighty Orc cage to try and knock the ball loose on two occasions, but fell both times. The body count for the Orcs was beginning to pile up and the Rats only had 6 players on the pitch, but these are the situations that legends are made of and that Veterans step up to the plate. In a daring,courageous and inspiring display of dodgeing skill, Marvin "The Hand of God" Peeterstreeker, put his body and life on the line for his team! To tears of admiration and joy from his adoring fans, "Marvelous" Marvin skillfully dodged between 4 Orcs to capture the ball and advance down the field! This display of skill and courage stunned and enraged the mighty Orcs and their fans, but alas, what could the Orcs do? Nothing...., but watch this magnificent creation of God stroll into the endzone on the next turn for a game sealing touchdown!

Coach Pacal is going to have to whip his team into shape. It was probably the worst display of football that the Rats have ever had. The only standout for the Rats was Itchy Pizzle, the speedy receiver. As a matter of fact, he was the sole reason that they won this game. Poodah, the big dummy, floundered around all game. At one point in the game, Poodah was hit by a fluke lightning bolt and later, stepped on something which sent the Rat Ogre flying across the field into the stands. The Dwarves were desperately fouling him in the first half and it may have thrown his "game" off. Even Marvin Peeterstreeker, the exceptional Star Gutter Runner, had 3 uncharacteristic turnovers and ZERO star player points! The Dwarves turned up the heat in the second half and had a phenominal hitting half. It seemed as though every block knocked down a Rat and either KO’d one one or injured one. The Rat’s blocks amounted to nothing more than simple "bitch slaps". Giant Thrower, Harg Vainkill, started off the game with a botched pass to Goblin Catcher, El Bo Smash. Of course, if the ball is on the ground, Roadkill Runner Marvin Peeterstreeker is not far behind and the Rats were up 1-0 in the blink of an eye. The Giants mounted a long, impressive drive of their own to tie the game up 1-1. But with 1 turn left in the half, Roadkill trotted out their lightning fast Runner, Itchy Pizzle. He did not disappoint! A blazing run down the field put the Rats up 2-1 at half. Itchy lined up quickly for the second half kickoff, but apparently was tired from his previous run and fell into the end zone, knocking himself senseless. This was the break that the Orcs were looking for. Harg Vainkill picked up the ball, passed it to one of his Blitzers and he broke free into Roadkill territory. The Rats knocked him on his ass and took the ball, which rightfully belonged to them anyway, and marched down the field to make it 3-1. In the bottom of the last turn, the Rats made some nifty blocks that sprang Linerat Gorgonzola, Peeterstreeker managed to scoop the ball out of 2 tackle zones and hand it off to Gorgonzola who broke free from the pack and managed to dive into the endzone just before the buzzer sounded to end the game. 4-1, Game,Set,Match!!!
